By purchasing a Brand Kit from KBow Design, you (the “Licensee”) agree to the following terms in full. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
1. What You Are Purchasing
You are purchasing a non-exclusive license to use a pre-designed brand kit (the “Kit”) for your business. You are not purchasing ownership of the design, its original files, or any intellectual property contained within it. kbow design retains full ownership of all original artwork, layouts, and source files.
2. License Scope & Exclusivity
Each Brand Kit is licensed to a maximum of three (3) businesses. By purchasing, you are granted one (1) license unless you purchase additional licenses at the time of checkout.

Multiple License Options
1 of 3 licenses: One other business may purchase and use this same design.
2 of 3 licenses: One additional license remains available for purchase by another party.
3 of 3 licenses (Full Exclusivity): You are the sole licensee. The design will be retired from sale and no other business may use it. This selection must be made at the time of purchase.

Your business name will be logged as a licensee upon delivery. This record is maintained by KBow Design for tracking purposes.
3. Permitted Use
Your license permits you to:
Use the Kit for your business across digital and print applications (social media, websites, packaging, signage, etc.)
Make minor adjustments to the delivered files for your own business use
Work with a designer or printer to implement the Kit for your business
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or transfer the Kit or any part of it to another party
Use the Kit to represent a business other than the one named at the time of purchase
Claim original ownership or authorship of the design
Use the Kit in a manner that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
Share, distribute, or make the original files available to any third party
5. Font Licensing
Some Brand Kits include fonts sourced from free or open-license libraries (e.g., Google Fonts). Where a Kit includes a commercially licensed font, this will be noted in your delivery.

It is your sole responsibility to obtain the appropriate font license for your intended use. KBow Design does not provide, transfer, or guarantee commercial font licenses as part of this purchase. If you are unsure whether a font requires a separate license, you agree to verify this independently before use.

KBow Design is not liable for any claims arising from your use of fonts included in or referenced by your Brand Kit.
6. Color Customization Add-On
If you purchased the Color Customization Add-On, you will be asked to provide your preferred colors via the intake form. KBow Design will apply your submitted colors to the Kit and, where relevant, may also provide a professionally adjusted palette recommendation.

Please note:
The adjusted palette is provided as optional design guidance only. You are not required to use it.
If you choose to proceed with your original color selection, KBow Design will apply those colors as submitted.
Files are considered final once delivered. Color revision requests after delivery are not included and may be quoted separately.
7. Portfolio & Marketing Use
KBow Design retains the right to display any Brand Kit — including yours — in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials regardless of the license tier purchased. This includes use in promotional content, case studies, and advertising for future Brand Kit offerings.
The exclusivity offered through multi-license purchases applies to business use only — meaning no other business may license and use that design after all available licenses are claimed. It does not restrict KBow Design’s ability to reference, display, or promote the work as part of its design portfolio.
8. Delivery
Completed files will be delivered via Dropbox link within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Delivery times may vary in the event of holidays or extenuating circumstances, in which case you will be notified.

It is your responsibility to download and save your files. KBow Design is not responsible for files that are lost, deleted, or inaccessible after delivery.
9. No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of Brand Kits, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your intake form has been received and work has begun.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Brand Kits are provided as-is. KBow Design makes no guarantees regarding trademark availability, exclusivity in your specific industry or market, or the commercial success of the design. It is your responsibility to conduct any trademark searches relevant to your business name and logo before use.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KBow Design’s liability in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for your Brand Kit. KBow Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
13. Agreement
By completing your purchase and checking the terms acknowledgment box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this License Agreement in full.
